Bittern on The White Rose
The White Rose hauled by 60019 Bittern, one of the famous A4 series of engines named after ducks. Included in the series was 'Mallard' which holds the record for thew fastest steam engine. Bittern is seen here climbing the bank at Huntingdon on the way to York.
Bittern returned on July 25th, where it is seen passing Huntingdon with an extra tender.
